Shipping and Delivery charges
- Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Singapore only.
- What is the currency that you are using to process my order?
All orders are processed in Singapore dollars (SGD).
- How will you inform me when I have placed my orders?
We will send a confirmation e-mail about your orders to your personal e-mail address. Upon checking our inventory, we will send a second email on the estimated delivery schedule. Once delivery schedule is confirmed, we will send a third notification email to you.
- How many days will it take to deliver my order?
You will receive your order within 2-5 working days of receiving your confirmed orders.
- What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are on a flat rate basis, which will be $7 for all locations in Singapore. They will be included in your online order quotation. However, if you purchase SGD80 or more in a single transaction, you will be entitled to our free delivery service.
- What are the payment methods available?
Currently, we only accept credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) and PayPal for your online transactions.
Return Policy
- Damaged or Defective Items
If an item you receive is damaged or defective due to manufacturing problem, you can return the item by mail for a full refund. Return address: 100 Tras Street #16-03, Amara Corporate Tower, Singapore 079027. Merchandise must be returned within 3 days. Merchandise not returned within 3 days will not be entertained.
- Error-Related Refunds
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a refund accordingly to your order.
- Refund is not accepted if the item has been damaged or made defective by customers.
- No cancellation is allowed once customer make payments to our products .
Order and Tracking
- What should I do if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive after 5 working days, please contact us through our enquiry page and quote your delivery invoice number.
- What should I do if I missed my delivery?
All deliveries will be attempted once. Subsequent delivery attempts will be subjected to additional charges to be borne by the customer.
- Can I deliver my order to another address apart from my mailing address?
Yes. You can deliver to another address by indicating the destination during check out.
